This ward is the only specialist clinic in the country providing inpatient and outpatient cardiac patients with dental care under the supervision of cardiologists. The ward comprises 4 dental units for the provision of all dental procedures such as surgery, repair, and root canal therapy to adult and pediatric patients. Annually, over 2800 inpatients and 3800 outpatients receive dental care in this unit.
